Kakatiya Seva Trust is registered as a Society under Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act 2001. Donations from India to Kakatiya Seva Trust are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Kakatiya Seva Trust is also registered with the Govt. of India's NITI Aayog (AP/2024/0418939).

Kakatiya Seva Trust is committed to the cause of community development while abiding by the strictest codes of accountability and transparency. Governed by a Board which closely monitors and regulates our fund allocation & management processes, we ensure that we maintain a high degree of accountability.

Code of Ethics

Kakatiya Seva Trust volunteers, employees and representatives have a responsibility to uphold the highest ethical standards. We believe these standards go beyond compliance with laws and regulations - calling us to fulfill higher obligations as stewards of the public trust. Kakatiya Seva Trust follows a Code of Ethics, which sets forth standards and responsibilities toward this end. The Board of Directors approve the code and all staff members are required to personally certify their compliance to it.
